MOSCOW, May 30 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom plans to offer a benchmark amount of Eurobonds denominated in Swiss francs in July, Bloomberg reported on Tuesday, citing two sources with knowledge of the matter.
Deutsche Bank, JPMorgan, VTB and Gazprombank were appointed as the book runners, one of the sources said.
Another source said that the placement can be postponed until September–November if the market conditions are unfavorable.
Gazprom declined to comment on the information.
